Unstuffed Green Pepper Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb ground round, browned
    3 cups fat free low-sodium beef broth
    2 cups low-sodium V8 juice
    2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans no-salt-added stewed tomatoes
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup instant rice
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except rice into crockpot.
    Stir until well mixed & cover.
    Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours. Before serving stir in rice.
    Cover & let sit five minutes.
