London Calling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

50 ml dry gin
10 ml fino sherry wine
15 ml lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
15 ml sugar syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
1 strip grapefruit zest, for garnish

Preparation

Place drink ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a strip of grapefruit zest.
