Creamy Tater Tot Hotdish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/3 cup minced onion
    2 cups mixed vegetables (optional)
    1 (32 ounce) package tater tots
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2/3 cup milk
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain the beef with onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place meat in sprayed 2 quart casserole.
    Optional: top with vegies.
    Pour tater tots over beef.
    Mix together soup, sour cream, and milk.
    Pour sauce mixture evenly over tater tots.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 45 minutes (if tots are thawed, 1 hour if not).
