Tuna & Brown Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    2 teaspoons canola oil
    1/2 teaspoon spicy mustard or 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    3 ounces drained tuna fish
    1/4 cup shredded carrot
    1/4 cup diced cucumber
Preparation
    Mix relish, vinegar, oil and mustard.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
    Allow to marinate in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before serving.
