Ingredients

4 cups diced tomatoes or 4 cups green tomatoes
4 cups sugar
3 (3 ounce) packages raspberry Jell-O gelatin
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a large, nonreactive saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Boil for fifteen minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool; pour into freezer containers, cover and refrigerate or freeze for future use.
