Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing (South Beach Diet Phase 1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1 teaspoon shallots or 1 teaspoon red onion, minced
    1 pinch dried thyme
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 pinch salt
    1 pinch pepper
Preparation
    Combine balsamic, mustard, garlic, shallot, and thyme. Whisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
