Amish Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (8 ounce) package broad egg noodles
1/2 cup butter
8 ounces mushrooms
1/3 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
salt
pepper
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups cooked chicken

Preparation

Cook noodles as directed on package .Melt butter and cook mushrooms in large skillet until lightly browned .Stir in flour and blend in with a forkor slotted spoon . Stir in milk and broth. stir until thickened. combine sauce, noodles ,and chicken . adjust seasonings to taste . Place in casserole dish . sprinkle top with parmesan cheese . bake @350 for 30 minutes .
