Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground round
    1 onion, diced
    1 garlic clove, diced
    1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 lb noodles, cooked and drained
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburg with onion and garlic and mushrooms.
    Drain off fat.
    Add soup and sour cream, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes -- do not let it boil.
    Serve over hot noodles.
