Kentucky Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 cups self-rising cornmeal
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients.
Fold in sour cream.
Pour into greased large black skillet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
