Marinated Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons water
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
    To serve: drain mixture. Add sour cream and dill; mix well.
