Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fresh sausage, browned slightly, crumbled
    6 eggs
    2 cups milk
    6 slices bread, cubed (crusts cut off optional)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    add milk, bread cubes, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Add sausage and cheese last.
    Pour in a 9x9 inch baking dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from fridge while oven preheats.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350F or until set.
