Healthy Drop Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 cups Splenda granular (sugar substitute)
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 cup natural applesauce
    2 egg whites
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (optional)
Preparation
    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sweetener, baking soda and baking powder (and cinnamon sugar, if desired).
    2. Add applesauce, egg whites and vanilla. Stir well.
    3. Drop generous tablespoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheet. (Optional: sprinkle more sweetener or cinnamon sugar on top).
    4. Bake for 7 minutes, or until edges brown slightly.
