Ginger-Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely minced
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    2 cups cherry tomatoes or 2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced in 1/2
    1/4 cup scallion, sliced
Preparation
    Mix the the first 4 ingredients toss in tomatoes and scallions and chill 1/2 hour then serve.
