Goat Cheese, Arugula And Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ounces arugula
    8 ounces strawberries, washed and hulled
    5 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
    2 tablespoons sunflower oil
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
Preparation
    Divide the arugula leaves between 4 plates.
    Slice the strawberries and scatter on top of the leaves with the cheese.
    Whisk together the oils, vinegar and sugar.
    Drizzle over the salad and serve.
