Asian Flavored Swiss Chard - Weight Watcher Friendly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb swiss chard, leaves and stems chopped
4 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
Garnish
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Preparation

In a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray and set over medium high heat, cook Swiss chard for 3 - 4 minutes or until wilted.
In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds. Add mixture to Swiss Chard; cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
