Creamy Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons oil (I use Olive, Coconut or Avocado Oil)
    6 ounces sliced mushrooms
    3 garlic cloves
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Preparation
    Place a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add oil, then mushrooms. Sauce mushrooms for about 8 minutes, until they are browned and crusty. Add garlic and sauce for an additional 2 minutes.
    Add chicken broth and bring to a boil, scraping any bits off the bottom of the pan. Reduce heat and simmer for about 7 minutes until almost dry.
    Add cream. Bring to a slight boil. Let boil for 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
