Italian Spiced Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

750 g baby potatoes, cut into chunks
1/3 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs
1/2 teaspoon ground dried chile or 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Preparation

Heat oil in a baking dish with garlic at 200.C for 2-3 minutes.
Add potatoes & stir well to coat with mixture, sprinkle with herbs & chilli.
Return to oven for approx 1 hour turning every 15 mins or so until golden & crisp.
