Ingredients

3/4 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon molasses
1/4 1/4 cup half-and-half or 1/4 cup soymilk
Preparation

Boil the water and pour into a mug.
Add the molasses and stir until dissolved.
Add milk or half-and-half.
You may use more or less milk as desired.
Enjoy hot!
