Chinese Pork Belly Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chinese buns
    1 lb cooked pork belly (use Soy-Braised Pork Belly)
    1/2 head green cabbage, sauteed (use Sauteed Green Cabbage)
    1/2 cup aioli (use Chili Aioli)
    pickled daikon (optional)
    chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    Steam buns until tender and puffy, 10-15 minutes. Slice open but not through.
    Spread each bun with aioli. Stuff with cabbage and pork belly; add any of the optional ingredients as well. Drizzle with the reduced marinade from the pork belly recipe.
