Herb-And-Citrus Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

1 lb lean ground turkey
2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely minced
2 -3 teaspoons fresh sage, finely minced
1 tablespoon thawed orange juice concentrate, undiluted
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 teaspoon orange rind, finely grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.
Place patties on prepared grill and cook 6 minutes on each side or until done. Alternately, cook 4 1/5 minutes on an indoor grill.
