Bea'S Fish Coating For Deep Frying Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup romano cheese, dried, grated
3/4 cup cornmeal
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons seasoned salt
2 tablespoons oregano

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a large plastic bag.
Toss with fish fillets and deep fry until done.
