Sauteed Asian Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb chinese mustard greens (or bok choy or choy sum)
    2 teaspoons sesame oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 -2 teaspoon soy sauce
Preparation
    1 lb. Chinese mustard greens (or bok choy or choy sum).
    2 t. Asian sesame oil.
    1 clove garlic, minced.
    1-2 t. soy sauce.
