Dr. Sears School-Ade Quick Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons flax seed oil
    1 small frozen banana, cut up
    1/2 cup frozen fruit (e.g., blueberries strawberries, papaya)
    2 ice cubes (if fruit is not frozen or if you want a lighter taste)
    1 cup milk (soy or rice beverage)
    1 cup Greek yogurt
    1 vitamin, capsule (like Juice Plus Complete)
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately after blending while the mixture still has a bubbly milkshake-like consistency.
