Bbq Pork Chops And Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean pork chops
    2 large onions, sliced into rings
    6 large potatoes, peeled & halved
    1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Place pork chops in a single layer in a casserole dish. Layer potatoes and onion rings over meat. Pour barbecue sauce over vegetables and bake at 350 degrees until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
