Autumn Apple Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops
    1 tablespoon gluten-free flour
    2 teaspoons butter, unsalted
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 cup apple juice
Preparation
    Season flour with salt and pepper; lightly flour pork chops. Add pork chops to skillet and cook over medium heat.
    Turn chops; stir in onion, butter and apple juice. Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 7-8 minute.
