Lindy Lou'S Holiday Pumpkin Bread With Streusel Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Bread
    3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 cup oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 cup water
    2 cups canned pumpkin
    Topping
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
    1/2 cup ground pecans
Preparation
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Spray 2 loaf pans with Pam.
    3. Combine all bread ingredients in bowl.
    4. In a seperate bowl, combine streusel topping ingredients.
    5. Pour batter into pans.
    6. Spread streusel topping over batter
    7. Bake for 1 hour.
