Grated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Preparation

Toss grated carrots with rice wine vinegar and sugar.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes and serve with your meal.
