Vermont-Style Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head green cabbage, shredded
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup real maple syrup
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Place shredded cabbage in a bowl.
    Combine sourcream and mayo until creamy and blend in maple syrup.
    Mix into cabbage. salt and pepper to taste. Chill well.
