Not She-Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter
    4 tablespoons flour
    2 1/2 cups milk
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    hot sauce, to taste (I use Tabasco)
    1 lb lump crabmeat
    sherry wine
Preparation
    Melt butter in a medium saucepan; add flour and stir until creamy.
    Add milk, seasonings, and crabmeat.
    Bring to a slow boil.
    Add sherry wine; simmer.
