Rose Petal Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 leaves fresh basil
    20 rose petals (or 2 Tablespoons Rose Water)
    1/2 cup olive oil
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    lemon juice (to taste)
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
Preparation
    Julienne the basil & rose petals. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well, chill & serve.
