Apple Oatmeal 3 Point Weight Watchers Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups apples, peeled and shredded (= 2 small apples)
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup quick oats
    2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cook for 15-18 minutes at 375 or until finished (use a toothpick as always!).
