1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup quick oats
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
