Easy Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon lemon extract
    1 teaspoon dried lemon peel
    1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into well greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0F for 30 minutes or until tests done.
