Apple And Rhubarb Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Filling
    3 cups rhubarb, chopped into 2-3 cm pieces
    2 apples, peeled and chopped (I use Granny Smiths)
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 - 1 1/2 cup water
    Crumble
    1 1/3 cups self-raising flour
    1/3 cup oats
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    50 g cold butter, chopped into small pieces
Preparation
    Place filling ingredients into an ovenproof casserole dish.
    Pulse crumble ingredients until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
    Sprinkle the mix evenly over the rhubarb and apple mixture.
    Bake at 170C degrees for 30 minutes.
