Sugar Free Pear Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 -8 large ripe pears, chopped
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 dash clove
    1/4 teaspoon cardamom
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Place pears in pan with no added liquid.
    Cook until soft.
    Mash.
    Put thru a ricer or sieve and discard seeds and skin.
    Add spices and lemon juice and return to stove.
    Cook until no liquid runs off when a small amount is placed on a dish. Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and splenda.
    Can or place in a container and refrigerate.
