Basic Cinnamon Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup plain flour
    1 egg
    1 cup 1% low-fat milk
    1 dash cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Whisk the flour, milk, cinnamon and vanilla together.
    Add the egg and mix well.
    Cook the first side in a heated frying pan, flip the pancake when it's ready and do the other side.
