Velveeta Cheesy Pasta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
    4 cups cooked rotini pasta
    1 (1 lb) package frozen italian style mixed vegetables, thawed
    1 (10 ounce) can ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
    3/4 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in 9\"x 13\" baking dish.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir and Serve.
