Miracle Whip Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour, minus 2 tablespoons
    1 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 dash salt
    6 tablespoons cocoa, top quality
    1 cup Miracle Whip
    1 cup cold water
Preparation
    Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Add Miracle Whip and COLD water.
    Beat well.
    pour in 9 inch cakepan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
    Frost with your favorite frosting after cake has cooled.
    You can double this recipe and make it two layer.
