J-Man'S Ultimate Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon allspice
    1 pinch clove
    16 ounces pumpkin (I use fresh, but canned is fine)
    3/4 cup whipping cream
    1/2 cup sour cream
    3 large eggs, beaten to blend
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    Whisk the first 8 ingredients until no lumps remain. Blend in pumpkin, whipping cream sour cream and eggs.
    Pour into pie shell and bake until center is almost set. About 55 minutes (usually a bit longer in my oven).
