Low Fat Low Sugar Chocolate Apple Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 apple, chopped and peeled (1 cup)
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a square pan with nonstick spray, I used a glass pan.
    Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl.
    In another bowl, combine water, oil, lemon juice, vanilla.
    Add to dry ingredients, stir until just combined.
    Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon, fold into batter.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake for 30-35 minutes or until done.
