Grits Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 cups grits, cooked
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 3/4 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 cup water
Preparation
-
Add all ingredients to bread machine and set on basic cycle.
May need to add water during mixing.
Leftover grits which have been refrigerated will be drier than freshly cooked grits.
