Pesto-Pizza Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 cup sour cream
    3/4 cup packed basil leaves
    1/4 cup basil pesto
    2/3 ounce Italian salad dressing mix
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 lemon
    3 red peppers, green peppers (optional) or 3 yellow peppers, trimmed and seeded (optional)
    3 tablespoons chopped pepperoni
    basil sprig
    garlic knot roll
    cherry tomatoes
    mushroom
    pepperoni slice
Preparation
    Place cream cheese, sour cream, basil, pesto, dressing mix and oregano into food processor. Grate 1 teaspon zest and squeeze 1 tablespoon juice from lemon; add to food processor. Process until smooth.
    Transfer mixture to serving bowl or, if desired, to peppers. Sprinkle with chopped pepperoni; garnish with basil sprigs. Serve with rolls, tomatoes, mushrooms and pepperoni slices.
