Flour-Less Peanut Butter Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup smooth peanut butter
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease two 3 inch x 5 inch mini loaf pans.
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. You can either hand mix or use an electric mixer. Mix until smooth.
Divide batter equally between the pans. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaves comes out clean. Let cool before slicing/serving.
