Rhubarb Pancake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    BOTTOM LAYER
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup pancake mix
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    3 -4 cups rhubarb, cut up
    TOP LAYER
    3/4 cup pancake mix
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix bottom layer ingredients together and put in 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    Mix together first 3 ingredients of the top layer until crumbly and put on top of the rhubarb layer.
    Drizzle melted butter over the top.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
