Chickpea Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place everything in a food processor and blend together.
Add water until hummus is slightly less thick then desired, as it will thicken in the refrigerator.
Chill for about an hour.
