Easy Parmesean Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 - 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese, must be shredded
    black pepper
    2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
    In large non-stick skillet, heat oil.
    Put parmesean cheese on a piece of waxed paper or on plate.
    Sprinkle in black pepper to taste & toss with fingers to mix.
    Press chicken breasts into cheese. Shake off excess & turn to coat other side.
    Place chicken in hot skillet. Leave until can see that it looks about 1/2 cooked, about 10 minutes. Turn over and leave until completely cooked, about 7-10 minutes or until you have a crispy cheese crust on both sides.
