Low Carb Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 ounce) can salmon, drained,skin removed
    1 stalk minced celery
    4 scallions, chopped
    1 egg (or substitute)
    1 tablespoon dill
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    olive oil
Preparation
    Mix 1st 5 ingredients.
    Form 4 rolls.
    Gently roll them in the wheat germ to coat.
    Fry in oil,turning gently until crispy on all sides.
