Turkey Parmesan Meatloaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup nonfat milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Soften onion in small skillet.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Coat loaf tin with cooking spray.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until brown on top.
