Homemade Mayo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole egg
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    salt
    pepper
    1 cup vegetable oil or 1 cup canola oil
Preparation
    Using a blender, blend together first 5 ingredients.
    Open small cap on the cap of your blender.
    SLOWLY add in the oil. (The blender should be running at moderate speed).
