Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup shortening
    2 cups flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup skim milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425.
    Cut shortening into flour, sugar,baking powder, and salt.
    Add enough milk to make dough.
    Pat into greased 8\" round pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Cut into 8 wedges.
