2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tablespoons caraway seeds
2 cups rye flour
2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
3/4 cup dried sour cherries
